Kitchen Drawer Repair and Rebuild

This drawer came in with a worn-out, failing box that was no longer functional — and left the shop as good as new. The original MDF drawer box, showing its age with worn edges and failing stapled joints, was completely replaced with a freshly built birch plywood drawer box featuring clean, solid construction and smooth interior surfaces. The existing painted face frame drawer front was carefully preserved and reattached, complete with its brushed nickel bar pull, so the finished repair blends seamlessly back into the original cabinet. The result is a drawer that looks original from the outside but is built to last on the inside — a cost-effective alternative to full cabinet replacement.
