Refund policy

Custom & Personalized Order Policy

Effective Date: 5/13/26


All Sales Are Final

Because every item we create is made exclusively for you, all custom and personalized orders are non-refundable. Once your order is placed and payment is received, production is scheduled specifically for your item. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been submitted.

Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.


Payment

  • Payment is collected in full at the time of ordering through our secure online checkout.
  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Custom Order Policy.
  • No additional charges will be made after your order is placed unless you request changes after submission.

Personalization & Accuracy

  • You are responsible for reviewing all personalization details — including spelling, names, dates, numbers, and any custom text — before submitting your order.
  • We produce items exactly as entered. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
  • If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate corrections, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

Order Proofs

  • For select orders, a digital proof will be sent for your approval before production begins.
  • Production will not start until written approval is received.
  • Please review your proof thoroughly — approval confirms that all details are correct and production may proceed.

Pickup & Delivery

  • You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup.
  • Local pickup orders must be collected within 30 days of your ready notification.
  • If you are unable to pick up within that window, please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Unclaimed Orders

We genuinely want every customer to receive and enjoy their custom creation. However, because personalized items cannot be restocked or resold, we are unable to store unclaimed orders indefinitely.

Any order that remains unclaimed 30 days after the ready notification will be considered abandoned. Unclaimed items will be disposed of or recycled, and no refund will be issued.

  • We will make two courtesy reminder contacts prior to the 30-day deadline using the information provided at checkout.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their contact information is accurate and that notifications are not going to spam.
  • No exceptions or refunds will be made for orders disposed of after the 30-day window has passed.

Quality Concerns

We stand behind our work. If your item arrives damaged or was made incorrectly compared to your approved order details, please contact us within 7 days of receiving or picking up your order and we will work with you to make it right.

This does not apply to errors in personalization details submitted by the customer.
