Shipping & Returns Policy Custom Engraved Items & Gift Baskets

Processing & Production Time All orders are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow time for both production and shipping when planning your purchase:

  • Production time: Up to 5 business days for engraving, assembly, and quality inspection
  • Shipping time: 2–5 business days (standard) or 1–2 business days (expedited)
  • Total estimated delivery: 7–10 business days from order date for standard shipping

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Methods We ship exclusively within the contiguous United States via UPS and USPS.

Standard Shipping

  • FREE on all orders $100.00 or more (before tax)
  • Weight based shipping calculated at checkout on orders under $100.00
  • Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after production

Custom & Personalized Items Because each item is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom engraved products unless the error is on our part.

Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of all personalization details submitted at checkout, including names, dates, spellings, and punctuation.
  • We engrave exactly what is entered — please review your order carefully before submitting.
  • Once an order is placed, changes can only be accommodated within 2 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately at oldlinecreations@gmail.com.

Our Responsibilities We will issue a full replacement or refund at no cost to you if:

  • The item arrives with an engraving error caused by us
  • The item is defective or damaged due to our packaging
  • The wrong item is shipped

To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

Gift Basket Shipping Gift baskets may contain fragile and/or perishable items and require special handling.

  • All baskets are professionally packed with protective materials to minimize movement during transit.
  • If your basket contains perishable items, it will be noted on the product page. We recommend selecting expedited shipping for perishable orders, especially in warm months.
  • We are not responsible for perishable item quality if delivery is delayed by the carrier beyond our control.
  • If your basket arrives damaged, please photograph the package and contents before unpacking and contact us within 48 hours.

Damaged & Lost Packages

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please:

  • Photograph the exterior packaging and damaged contents
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at oldlinecreations@gmail.com with your order number and photos
  • Do not discard the packaging, as it may be needed for a carrier claim

We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Lost Packages

  • A package is considered lost if there has been no carrier tracking update for 10 or more business days.
  • Please contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
  • Replacements or store credit will be issued once the carrier investigation is complete.

Incorrect Address We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable or lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you realize an error, contact us immediately — we can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.

Holiday & Peak Season Orders During high-volume periods (Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas), production times may be extended. We will post updated order cutoff dates on our website and social media channels in advance.

  • Christmas delivery: Orders must be placed by December 11th for standard shipping
  • We strongly recommend ordering early during the holiday season to ensure timely delivery
